Important Updates, please read!

Please be aware that WCOnline has updated to match our new emails.

To log into an existing account, please use your student.sjny.edu and your existing password. If you forgot your password, please use the password reset option on the login screen.
When registering for a new account, you will need to use your @student.sjny.edu email.

Office Options:

Please use the radio button on the landing page or "Schedules" drop down menu when logged in to choose the schedule you want to make an appointment with. Students may schedule tutoring appointments in either the Tutoring & Academic Center or Math, Business, & Technology Tutoring Center.

About Remote Tutoring:

By default, all appointments will be scheduled on-ground (room N304, O'Connor Hall). However, this semester we will also be offering remote tutoring. To request a remote tutoring appointment, please check off the online appointment option when scheduling your appointment or contact:

Math, Business, and Technology Tutoring Center: call 631-687-1425, email mbttutoring@sjny.edu, or stop into 1-9, BT Building

For Remote Sessions - How to join your tutoring session through Google Meet:

Appointment links can be found in the "Online Session Link" area of your tutoring appointment on the scheduling system.
Please be sure that you are logged in to your SJNY email before joining any and all tutoring sessions.
Your remote session will only be active during your scheduled appointment time.
A tutor will update your appointment with an online session link approximately 15 minutes before your session is set to begin.
About 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment, log into your mywconline.com account to get your Google Meet meeting link (listed under the online session link).
You will select the link or copy and paste the online session link into your browser.

**Please make sure you are logged into your SJNY email account for remote sessions.

Don't know how to access your sjcny.mywconline.com account?

Your username is your full student email address (jdoe@student.sjny.edu).
If you don't know or remember your password, you can reset it on the login page

There is a prompt at the bottom left side of the login page that has a reset password link under the "Forgot your password?"

If you have any questions or experience difficulties, you can email or chat with us (via gchat/hangouts) through our litutoring@sjny.edu email.

To get started, register for an account by clicking the link to the left. Note that you must register for an account using your SJNY student email (e.g. jdoe@student.sjny.edu). The password for this site is not linked to the My SJNY Portal.

Use the drop-down menu when logging in to choose the proper schedule. Please make sure you schedule your appointment for the right campus.
